家用自动包饺子机设计
摘 要在快节奏生活的当下家庭对便捷包饺子设备需求迫切。本文聚焦家用自动包饺子机设计旨在开发一款适合家庭使用的自动化包饺子设备。通过市场调研与分析明确了设备需具备自动送馅、自动包制、饺子成型规格可调等功能。设计过程中对送馅机构、自动包饺子机构和饺子皮输送机构分别设计了多种方案并对比最终选定最优方案。送馅机构采用新型螺杆式有效提升送馅均匀性自动包饺子机构模拟手工动作确保饺子封口严密、外形饱满饺子皮输送机构精准输送饺子皮至成型位置。传动系统依据各机构需求合理选型与计算控制部分以单片机为核心实现智能调节。制作样机并搭建实验平台进行测试结果表明该家用自动包饺子机实现了全流程自动化生产操作简便性能稳定能满足家庭日常包饺子需求为传统美食的自动化生产提供了有益参考。关键词:家用自动包饺子机机构设计传动系统单片机控制自动化生产ABSTRACTIn the context of fast - paced life, there is an urgent demand for convenient dumpling - making equipment in families. This paper focuses on the design of a household automatic dumpling - making machine, aiming to develop an automated dumpling - making device suitable for home use. Through market research and analysis, it is determined that the equipment should have functions such as automatic filling feeding, automatic dumpling - making.During the design process, multiple schemes were designed and compared for the filling - feeding mechanism, dumpling - forming mechanism, and dumpling - wrapper conveying mechanism, and the optimal schemes were finally selected. The filling - feeding mechanism adopts a new screw - type design, effectively improving the uniformity of filling feeding; the dumpling - forming mechanism simulates manual actions to ensure tight sealing and a full shape of dumplings; the dumpling - wrapper conveying mechanism accurately conveys dumpling wrappers to the forming position. The transmission system is reasonably selected and calculated according to the requirements of each mechanism, and the control part uses a single - chip microcomputer as the core to achieve intelligent adjustment.A prototype was made and an experimental platform was set up for testing.
